Richard Hull
Richard brings 30 years of commercial property experience, with a bias towards disposal and acquisition. He also covers rent reviews, property valuations, lease renewals and development advice. In the early 80s he was one of the first appointed agents for the London Docklands Development Corporation and was responsible for many regeneration projects. To this day Richard is involved in subsequent redevelopment of the Isle of Dogs. Andrew Hull
Andrew has experience in bringing together commercial partnerships through a strong business network. From 1981 to 1995 Andrew was with a large multi-national publishing house launching business to business financial titles, he was also greatly involved in the re-launch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Directory. Edward has over 20 years experience as a building surveyor in private practice. He has represented a number of well known corporate occupier clients in large and complex dilapidations matters. Including advice on lease breaks and cases that progress to litigation.
